World Build is the first program of its kind.

We aim to build an elite group of talented, creative founders developing apps within the World Ecosystem and to provide them with comprehensive top-tier support from both the World and FWB communities. Successful applicants will receive all necessary resources to scale their ideas from concept to fully-developed technical ventures.

World Build has 4 stages kicking off with a hackathon in February 2025.

Stage 1: Apply for the World Build Hackathon

• Dates: February 6—8, 2025
• Location: Online + NYC
• Join us either online or in-person in NYC to compete for a spot in the program, win up to $5k in prizes, and advance to the next stage. Both individuals and teams are welcome.
• We have limited space to fast-track established teams directly to Stage 2 (you must have a functioning product and be looking to deploy on World). If you meet these criteria, please reach out.

Stage 2: Residential Build Sprint

• Dates: February 21–28, 2025
• Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina
• Successful hackathon teams will be invited on a fully funded trip to Buenos Aires, Argentina, where they'll build out their ideas alongside world-class mentors and the World team's top talent. The program will host 10 builders for 8 days, with up to $200k in grant funding available.

Stage 3: Online Build Program / May 15–28, 2025

• Dates: May 15–28, 2025
• Location: Online
• Program attendees participate in a 3-month online build sprint featuring weekly standups, tech support office hours, and workshops led by successful founders and builders.
